Do I need a licence to rent the mini excavator?
Operating the mini excavator does not require a formal licence, but we always run a short on-site briefing before handover.
What deposit is required?
The deposit amount depends on the selected equipment and is shown on its page before booking. It is refunded after the equipment's condition is checked.
Do you offer equipment delivery?
Yes, for construction machinery we offer delivery to your site as a booking add-on.
Who is responsible for fuel in petrol-driven machines?
Equipment is handed over with a full tank — we expect it back the same way, or you can purchase an extra fuel canister.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before pickup. Details are in the booking terms.
